I realise that there are a lot of 'crackpot' theories about truth and reality
on the internet, but it is easy to show that the Wave Structure of Matter
is the correct solution as it deduces the laws
of Nature (the fundamentals of Physics & Philosophy)
perfectly (there are no opinions). While the Wave Structure of Matter is obvious
once known, to begin it will seem strange simply because it takes time
for our minds to adjust to new knowledge.
For those who are religious
/ spiritual, I think Albert
Einstein expresses the enlightened view of God. He writes 'I believe
in Spinoza's God who reveals himself in the orderly harmony of what exists,
not in a God who concerns himself with the fates and actions of human beings.' This harmony arises from a Wave Structure of Matter in Space (we are all
interconnected in this space that we all commonly experience). This unity
of reality (God, Brahman, Tao, Spirit, Energy, Light, Vibration) is central
to all major world religions, thus their common moral
foundation of 'Do unto others as to thyself' as the other is part of
the self.

Sunscreen Human Body & Toxic
Chemicals, Information on Brands, Products & Ratings. Evolutionary Health & Sunshine
Introduction
I have thought for many years that sunscreen is toxic to human
health and have recently read a science article which confirms my view:

Sunscreen is not natural - we have not evolved to deal with its
molecules (and we evolved to get energy from the sun to build our bodies).
This applies to most modern synthetic chemicals. There are about
80,000, you live amongst about 30,000 in the average city I think (e.g.
Montreal) and long term studies of health effects are miniscule. But business
loves it - if you get sick they make more money treating the 'illness'
with their drugs, that will cause more problems that require more drugs.
It is not a conspiracy theory - it is logical evolution of a market economic
controlled society and health system - it seeks short term profit and overconsumption.
I think the way the human body works is that it continually re-builds itself
from original source code (stem cells), combined with an immune system
that recognizes errors in this code and kills the cells. Thus cancer may
have more to do with the incorrect functioning of the immune system (due
to lack of nutrients / agricultural food, corruption of immune system due
to toxic chemicals in body, and lack of sunshine).
For good health you need;
1. Clean air, water and food (organic)
2. Sunshine (30 minutes daily is a guestimate)
3. Exercise (of both mind and body)
4. Exposure to life that we evolved with. e.g. the beneficial bacteria
in our gut (and the human body has more non-human cells than human cells
in it).
5. For children you need to add breast feeding till age 3, sleeping with
parents / mother (matter is a structure of the universe - with subtle connections!)
Most people fail on all of these things!
The solution is moderation. Daily exposure to sun is necessary
for good health. This is just one of many examples of how we can be sensibly
guided by these principles of evolution and ecology (holistic healing if
you prefer).
Below are a few quotes from 'The Chemical Sunscreen Health Disaster':
"For decades, irresponsible
cosmetic companies and a small group of very vocal, publicity-seeking dermatologists
have strongly advocated that chemical sunscreens should be heavily applied
before any exposure to sunlight, even on young children. They insisted
that such sunscreen use would prevent skin cancer and protect your health.
This was despite of a lack of any adequate safety testing of these chemicals.
(It should be emphasized that most dermatologists are much more cautious
and careful.)
On the other hand, over the past decade,
many scientists studying cancer have come to virtually the opposite conclusion;
that is, the use of sunscreen chemicals may be increasing the incidence
of cancer and that sunlight exposure may actually decrease human cancer
rates and improve your health.
It now appears that many heavily-used
chemical sunscreens may actually increase cancers by virtue of their free
radical generating properties. And more insidiously, many commonly used
sunscreen chemicals have strong estrogenic actions that may cause serious
problems in sexual development and adult sexual function, and may further
increase cancer risks."
" The evidence indicates
that chronic sun exposure may be protective for the development of melanoma
because the skin has adapted to the sun, having become thicker as it has
tanned. On the other hand, intermittent sun exposure appears to increase
risk, making it much less protective."
But what about ozone depletion and skin cancer? Could this be the cause
of the increased skin cancer rates? Professor Johan Moan of the Norwegian
Cancer Institute found that the yearly incidence of melanoma in Norway
had increased by 350% for men and by 440% for women during the period 1957
to 1984. He also determined that there had been no change in the ozone
layer over this period of time. He concludes his report in the British
Journal of Cancer by stating "Ozone
depletion is not the cause of the increase in skin cancers".
PBSA - Sunscreen Ingredient Damages DNA
A study conducted by scientists in Northern Ireland has raised
questions about an ingredient found in some sunscreens. PBSA (2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic
acid) can damage DNA in a test tube when exposed to sunlight. If PBSA also
causes DNA damage to intact human skin, researchers theorize it could increase
a person's chance of developing skin cancer.
The best ways to avoid skin cancer are to avoid strong sunlight,
especially during the middle of the day and to cover up with clothing and
wide-brimmed hats. Sunscreen should not be used as the main strategy for
skin protection.
Sun screen lotions used by beach-going tourists worldwide are
a major cause of coral bleaching, according to a 2008 study commissioned
by the European Commission.
In experiments, the cream-based ultra-violet (UV) filters -- used
to protect skin from the harmful effects of sun exposure -- caused bleaching
of coral reefs even in small quantities, the study found.
Chemical compounds in sunscreen and other personal skin care products
have been detected near both sea and freshwater tourist areas. Previous
research has shown that these chemicals can accumulate in aquatic animals,
and biodegrade into toxic by-products.

and separate body an illusion. This simply confirms the intuitions of
the ancient philosophers and mystics.
