Wolff has found the structure of the electron consisting of two spherical quantum waves, one moving radially outward and another moving radially inward. The center of the waves is the nominal location of the electron 'particle'. These waves extend to infinity, like charge force. All 'particle' waves mix and contribute to each other, thus all matter of the universe is interrelated by this intimate connection between the fundamental 'particles' and the universe. The natural laws are a direct consequence of this Wave Structure of Matter (WSM), thus WSM underlies all of science.
Three Principles underlie the WSM
Principle I. Wave Equation Determines the behavior of Quantum Waves in Space.
Principle II. mass-energy density Principle. Generalization of Mach's Principle - determines the density of the quantum wave medium.
Principle III. Minimum Amplitude Principle (MAP). The sum of Wave Amplitudes seeks a Minimum at each point in Space.

Wolff's work at MIT (1963-69) on the structure of the atmosphere resulted in a $6 million contract for MIT to build apparatus that would scan the atmosphere in orbit and then compute the constituents over the entire earth. This scanning scheme and math method were the precursor to the MRI (magnetic resonance image) scheme developed five years later to scan the human body. In Singapore (1970-72) and at the Aerospace Corporation (1973-75), he did computer studies of the structure of rough surfaces of asteroids and planetary satellites seeking the cause of 'negative polarization' of reflected light - an 80 year old mystery of planetary astronomy. His results showed the cause to be multiple scattering of light and interior reflections in grains. This knowledge makes it possible to remotely measure the size of distant asteroids as well as the index of refraction of grains on distant surfaces. At the UN (1975-77) and privately (1978-present) he did the pioneering research on the Wave Structure of Matter, leading to a quantitative quantum wave structure of the electron/positron and the origin of the natural laws. He has shown how the fundamental particles, being in fact the Wave-Centers of Spherical Waves in Space, are intimately joined with the large-scale structure of the universe.
It is common in the history of physics and philosophy that new knowledge is found by those who have some passion / motivation to solve a particular problem that they have identified, and that most significantly, they also have TIME to read and think and slowly work out the problem (a certain isolation from the busy world, and the influence of their customs and beliefs!). This is true for the creation of this work of Metaphysics.
While this work owes its origins to the ideas of many other great thinkers from the past, it also most notably owes its existence to the pioneering work of Milo Wolff who first discovered the Wave Structure of Matter (WSM) .
Thus this Metaphysics of Space and Motion has been jointly developed from
the ideas of two very different people who each independently, (from radically
different backgrounds) came to the same conclusions about the Wave Structure
of Matter in Space, i.e.; Matter is not a particle with wave like properties,
but rather Matter is a Spherical Wave Motion of Space, and the Wave-Center
(Focal-Point) of the Incoming Spherical Waves creates the point like or
particle effect of matter, while also explaining how the 'particle' is inter-connected
to all other matter in the universe.
The Spherical Standing Wave Structure of Matter in Space first occurred to me in 1997, as it seemed to explain so many of the ideas expressed by Albert Einstein and Hendrik Lorentz, and gave rise to a sensible method for two bodies to gravitationally interact with one another at-a-distance in Space. A year after my discovery of the Wave Structure of Matter (WSM) I found, by searching the internet, the work of Milo Wolff (a retired professor of Mathematical Physics) who discovered the same Wave Structure of Matter in 1986.
Now this was remarkable in two ways;
Firstly, we had each independently come to the same conclusion as to the Spherical Standing Wave Structure of Matter in Space.
Secondly, I had discovered this idea as a 38 year old non-academic 'evolutionary philosopher' who had read the work of Feynman, Lorentz and Einstein (on relativity and gravitation).
On the other hand Milo Wolff made his discovery at the age of 63, after
having retired as a Professor of Physics, but nonetheless remaining curious
about the foundations of the six fundamental laws of Nature that are currently
used by physicists to describe how particles behave. These Laws are listed
Newton's Second Law of Inertia, Newton's Law of Gravitational Force, Conservation of Energy, Law of Electric Charge, Special Relativity, Quantum Theory (And for Wolff it was seeking the cause of the de Broglie Wavelength, central to Quantum Theory, that led his discovery!).
Now it must be emphasized that these laws are empirically based, i.e., they are rules developed from repeated observation (induction) but they have no unified theoretical foundation as to the cause of their behaviour. As Einstein remarks;
'The development during the present century is characterized
by two theoretical systems essentially independent of each other: the theory
of relatively and the quantum theory . The two systems do not directly contradict
each other; but they seem little adapted to fusion into one unified theory."
'For the time being we have to admit that we do not possess any general theoretical basis for physics which can be regarded as its logical foundation.' (Einstein, 1940)
Wolff discovered that two of these laws, the de Broglie wavelength which partly founds Quantum Theory, and the relativistic mass increase of Einstein's Special Relativity, can be deduced from the one equation which describes the Doppler shift of two Spherical Standing Waves moving relative to one another. Thus Wolff was the first person (to my knowledge) to have realised and confirmed the fundamental nature of the Spherical Standing Wave Structure of Matter by mathematically uniting significant parts of Quantum Theory and Relativity for the first time.
And so to my great delight (and relief) I had found a mathematical physicist who shared this knowledge of the Wave Structure of Matter in Space which perfectly complemented my own ideas. This unification of our ideas, which has continued over the past five years, has resulted in this work of the Metaphysics of Space and Motion and the Wave Structure of Matter (WSM), which demonstrates a largely complete explanation of the fundamental problems of metaphysics, physics and philosophy and consequently an explanation of the remaining laws of Nature. I know these are big claims, likely to sound a bit extreme (and thus ignorant / crackpot). But when you think about it, knowledge of reality must explain the problems of these subjects in a simple sensible way. The Wave Structure of Matter simply confirms this, so please do not think me arrogant for writing such bold things!

The natural laws had been measured for hundreds of years but no one knew how Nature creates them. Richard Feynman wrote, speaking of the Conservation of Energy, Nature has a hidden accountant who keeps honest books of energy input and output but we don't know how she does it. Einstein's error was to represent matter as a continuous spherical field in space-time rather than as a Spherical Wave in continuous Space which causes the spherical force field effects (as we shall shortly explain).
Using the WSM a quantitative origin has been found based on the wave structure of the electron. It is shown that Space (the quantum wave medium) is a single entity underlying electron structure and the laws. Three Principles are found describing the wave medium, enabling calculation of particles and the laws. The predictive power of the WSM is shown by deriving the previously unknown physical origin of electron spin and making experimental predictions which solve the paradoxes of the famous EPR experiment. The WSM has important implications for research, industry, and our human role in the universe.

The experiment was based on the concept that two events cannot influence each other if the distance between them is greater than the distance light could travel in the time available. In other words, only local events inside the light sphere can influence one another.
Their experimental concept was later used by John Bell (1964) to frame a theorem which showed that either the statistical predictions of quantum theory or the Principle of Local Events is incorrect. It did not say which one was false but only that both cannot be true, although it was clear that Einstein expected The Principle to be affirmed.
When later experiments (Clauser & Freedman 1972; Aspect, Dalibard, and Roger, 1982; and others) confirmed that quantum theory was correct, the conclusion was startling. The Principle of Local Events failed, forcing us to recognize that the world is not the way it appears. What then is the real nature of our world?
The important impact of Bell's Theorem and the experiments is that they clearly thrust a formerly only philosophical dilemma of quantum theory into the real world. They show that post-modern physics’ ideas about the world are somehow profoundly deficient. No one understood these results and only scant scientific attention has been paid to them. With the recent discoveries on the Wave Structure of Matter we can now understand the cause of these apparently 'spooky' actions at a distance.

In 1945 Wheeler and Feynman sought the mechanism of energy transfer by calculating e-m radiation from an accelerated electron.
